Relocation Policy Diagnosis

A thorough analysis and assessment of your current relocation policy is conducted to provide a broad base diagnosis along with recommendations for cost and benefit improvements. Once the desired objectives are identified and the cost versus benefits issues explored, ARSI develops, recommends and implements a comprehensive relocation policy to meet your specific needs. Competitive relocation policy benchmarking will be conducted as part of the policy development phase.

Relocation Policy Counseling and Program Administration

ARSI will be responsible for communicating the details of your relocation program and policy to your transferees and assignees. Each transferee/assignee will be counseled and managed to the benefits authorized by you. A dedicated Domestic/International Mobility Counselor will work with you and your transferees/assignees throughout the process. You’ll always know who to call for information, details on an ongoing relocation, or to get any questions answered immediately.

Group Move Program Coordination

ARSI understands that the success of a group move requires efficient organized planning by the company and its service providers. Our services include comprehensive planning and policy development specific to the move, onsite meetings with employee/family members, education and information sessions with transferees, area tours, and selection of the “right providers” for the group move situation.     Home finding Assistance. All Relocation can assist with identifying the right real estate agent best qualified to meet the family’s needs. Beyond helping them find that “just right” home, the agent will also be helpful in providing an area orientation of the new community.

    Not everyone wants to buy. For the renter, All Relocation can provide an equally comprehensive home finding program assessing their needs and through our network identify a selection of rental properties including information on amenities, lease terms, deposit requirement and any other information they need to know to make their decision.

    All Relocation can assist with identifying and securing comfortable, convenient, safe and reasonably-priced living accommodations. If there are special needs, we will search for housing that accommodates needs such as; accessibility for the handicapped, or homes near special schools or elder care facilities.
