Family Needs Analysis
We work one-on-one with the employee and their families, whether they’re looking to rent or buy, to determine their preferences, special requirements, taste and interests. Then, with the help of our strategic service partners, we make it a top priority to achieve the “perfect match”.
Home Finding Assistance
With the needs assessment complete, the ARSI team will select the local real estate agent best qualified to meet your employee/family’s needs. Beyond helping them find that “just right” home, the agent will can also provide an orientation to the new community. This orientation is customized to include the community interest identified with the employee (ie., schools, churches, shopping, entertainment and medical facilities).
Rental Assistance
Not everyone wants to buy. Many people opt for comfortable attractive rental properties and communities. ARSI provides an equally comprehensive “home finding” program, assessing their wants and desires and through our extensive broker network-being able to provide them with a full selection of rental opportunities, including information specific to amenities, lease terms, deposit requirements, often everything they need to know to make their decision. We can also assist with lease review and lease break clause considerations.
Mortgage Assistance
ARSI is committed to assisting employees in identifying and securing the best loan products and terms for their new home. We work with reputable nationally recognized financial institutions who offer loan products designed for the relocation industry. This team of professional loan officers will work with the employee to identify the loan product that will best meet their needs associated with the relocation. For companies providing reimbursement of new home closing costs, the lenders can offer a Direct Bill Program- all company paid closing cost can be billed to the company limiting the out-of-pocket expenses to the employee. Temporary Housing Assistance
There may be many reasons that interim living accommodations may be necessary. ARSI can secure comfortable, convenient and reasonably-priced weekly or monthly accommodations when needed. Through our trusted temporary housing partners, we will identify corporate housing options, assist the employee in evaluation of the available options, and/or identify housing to accommodate special needs, such as homes with accessibility for the handicapped or homes near special schools. We can also arrange for direct bill of temporary housing to reduce out-of –pocket expense to the employee.
Family Transition Services
At ARSI we never forget that we’re moving people, each one a unique individual, each with their own hopes, dreams and fears. We make it a very special priority to bring the highest possible level of sensitivity to the process. We will provide your employee/spouse/partner and/or family members with whatever assistance they may need. Programs can be customized to individual needs and delivery is guided by client policy.
Travel Services
For clients who do not have access to corporate travel services, ARSI can coordinate relocation-related travel through our destination services travel coordinator. The coordinator will provide customized itineraries and all of the necessary travel documentation required for the employee and/or family members. ARSI can provide centralized billing which will help ease record keeping, and relocation expense management.
