As a corporate client, ARSI offers an array of programs and services to assist you in developing and delivering an international relocation program that meets the needs of the company and the assignee. Whatever the need, ARSI is your single source of contact for global relocation services.
For the Company, ARSI can provide:
- Policy Counseling and Program Management ARSI will assign a dedicated International Mobility Consultant, to act as your single point of contact and will have accountability for providing in-depth counseling of assignment benefits and policies, providing continuous support to the assignee and family for the coordination of benefits while at host location and through repatriation.
- Cost Projections ARSI can provide international assignment cost projections as well as relocation cost estimates. Each are prepared based on a client’s policy and service parameters, guidelines and home and host locations.
- Visa and Immigration Services All Relocation Services works directly with the assignee and client to coordinate the visa and/or work permit application process partnering with leading global immigration providers that have established world-wide networks.
- Letters of Assignment ARSI will work with you to draft Letters of Assignment outlining your international relocation policy, assignment benefits and compensation elements of the international assignment.
For the Family ARSI, can provide:
- Family Transition Services such as:
- Career Transition Assistance ARSI partners with professional career placement service providers to identify job opportunities in the new location. Our career transition service is customized to meet the needs of the individual from an array of services features that may include individual career counseling and support, job search action plan, resume development, networking guidance, coaching to enhance interviewing skills and licensing and certification research.
- School Search Assistance Schooling abroad brings on another set of dynamics that without the right resources can be detrimental to the child’s learning. ARSI partners with leading specialist firms to identify unique educational and global schooling requirements around the world.
- Real Estate Services for the Transferee and Assignee:
- Tenancy Management ARSI’s Tenancy Management Services are designed and managed, enabling clients to outsource the significant administrative burdens of property related payments and resolution issues associated with assignees’ tenancies in the host country while retaining financial and operational control.
- Property Management Our Property Management Service is designed to provide financial management and security of the home country property on behalf of the employee while on assignment.
