Area Orientation/Preview Tours

ARSI will coordinate and manage the delivery of orientations and preview tours to provide a comprehensive introduction of the new area for potential candidates or assignee/families being considered for assignment.

Home Finding

ARSI’s home-finding service provides coordination, support and guidance throughout the entire process of securing an appropriate permanent residence at host location. Our services include, but are not limited to, selection of housing, accompanied viewing of properties, assistance with lease negotiations.

Temporary Housing

This service provides the best possible host country temporary housing available in the local market as determined by client policy and assignee needs.

Furniture Rental

We will coordinate and arrange for appropriate furnishings on behalf of the assignee as directed by the client.

Arrival Assistance

We will arrange for our host country destination partner to meet the assignee and family upon arrival at the host location and accompany the assignee/family to hotel, temporary living accommodations or permanent residence.

School Search/Enrollment

At host location, your dedicated contact will arrange for assistance with enrollment of children in available and appropriate international or local schools in accordance with policy.

Local Government Compliance Assistance

An overseas assignment can mean managing quite a paper trail of documentation. The nearest consulate of the host country, the Human Resource Department and All Relocation Services can help guide you through the maze of bureaucratic requirements including: Registration requirements upon arrival, International Driving Permit and overview of driving laws, Regulations affecting pets, and the local banking procedures.

Settling-In

ARSI’s settling-in services provides coordination of all move-in activities ( utility hook-ups, inspections, security clearances) associated with an international assignment. Getting every member of the family settled in to their new destination as quickly as possible and the assignee settled in his or her new job is our goal.
